I started my career on the factory floor of a family-owned plastic molder in Lewiston, Maine. After business school and leadership experience ranging from startup ventures to a $200M apparel manufacturer, I returned to lead the business as President, driving a commercial and operational revitalization and achieving 20% revenue CAGR over four years. Today, Jones & Vining is a nearly century-old global footwear components manufacturer serving major brands including Nike, Adidas, and New Balance.
I have experienced family business ownership in good times and bad, as a shareholder, board member, senior executive, and family member navigating generational change. That experience informs everything I do.
I hold an MBA from Stanford and am an instrument-rated private pilot.
